Audrianna Falero - CLC

About Me:

At Milk and Motion, I bring nearly a decade of experience in motherhood, lactation support, and maternal wellness. As a mother myself and a Certified Lactation Counselor, I know firsthand how overwhelming it can be, especially in the early days. My love for fitness started as a way to heal physically, but over time, it became just as much about emotional strength and mental clarity. That passion now drives me to help other moms reclaim their strength, inside and out.

Whether you're navigating breastfeeding, recovering from a C-section, or just trying to feel like yourself again, I'm here to walk with you through it all.

Unlike larger practices, I offer personalized, one-on-one care that’s rooted in real relationship. I combine lactation guidance, fitness coaching, and wellness education, to help moms feel seen, supported, and strong, in body and mind.

I proudly serve families across the Upstate of South Carolina, with a family-first approach that meets you where you are. The truth is, you can’t pour from an empty cup. When mothers are cared for, everyone else benefits!

Professional Disclosure Statement

I am a Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC) and the owner of Milk and Motion, where I provide in-home and virtual lactation support, fitness / nutrition guidance for pregnant or new mothers, and infant overnight care. In addition to my private practice, I am actively expanding my expertise by mentoring under both an International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) & Nutrition Coach.

Through my IBCLC mentorship, I am gaining additional hands-on lactation experience while ensuring that my private CLC services remain independent and within my scope of practice. I do not share or solicit clients between my business and the IBCLC practice or CPT business where I am mentoring. If a case requires specialized IBCLC-level support, I will refer clients appropriately.

My mentorship under a CPT & Nutrition Coach allows me to deepen my knowledge in prenatal/postpartum fitness and nutrition, enhancing the support I provide to expecting or new mothers. While I offer fitness/ nutrition guidance and gym support, I always encourage clients to consult with their healthcare providers before beginning any new exercises or nutrition regimen.

I am committed to ethical and professional boundaries in all aspects of my work, ensuring transparency and high-quality care. If you have any questions about my role or services, I’m happy to discuss them further!
