Does Milk & Motion accept walk ins?

We kindly ask that all appointments be scheduled in advance, as we do not accept walk-ins. Our booking hours are Monday through Saturday, from 8 AM to 2 PM. Please contact us to reserve your appointment, and we look forward to assisting you!

What type of payments does Milk & Motion accept?

We happily accept payments through Square, offering a convenient and secure way to complete your transactions.

Does Milk & Motion accept insurance?

At this time, we are a private-pay service and do not accept insurance. However, we can provide a detailed receipt for you to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. Please check with your provider for coverage options.

What is Milk & Motion’s financial & cancellation policy?

  • A card will be securely placed on file at the time of booking, and a $30 deposit is required to confirm your appointment.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will incur a charge of 50% of the consultation fee.

  • If I arrive for an in-home consultation and you are not present, the full consultation fee will be charged.

  • Appointments scheduled more than 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled without a fee.

  • To ensure a smooth appointment, please complete and submit any required documentation electronically by the evening prior to your scheduled visit. If the documentation is not received on time, your appointment may start late as we will need additional time for signatures, which could affect the scheduled session. Please note that we are unable to extend the appointment beyond the booked time due to other clients' appointments.  

  • The consultation fee will be charged to the card on file on the day of your appointment.

What required documentation is needed for submission by my appointment time?

Before your consultation, we kindly ask that you complete and submit either the feeding, fitness, or nutrition questionnaire, consent forms, and HIPAA forms electronically. These documents must be submitted prior to the start of your appointment to ensure everything is in order and your consultation can begin promptly.

How long does it take Milk & Motion to give me my tailored plan for my goals?

Within 24-48 hours of your visit, you will receive a personalized Care Plan through our private client messaging portal. This plan will include a summary of your consultation, the recommendations provided, and detailed guidance on how to achieve your goals.

How can I best prepare for an in-home visit from Milk & Motion?

To make the most of your consultation, we recommend making a list of any questions or concerns you may have. If you have any questions regarding breastfeeding or fitness equipment, please have them ready and available for the visit.

Can my pets be out during the in-home visit from Milk & Motion?

While I’m an avid pet lover, for the safety and comfort of everyone, we kindly ask that pets be kept in a separate room during the consultation. Pets can sometimes become territorial, especially over their owners or their new baby, which may cause distractions or stress during the visit. To ensure the best environment for the consultation, it’s safest to keep them away during appointment times. Thank you for your understanding!

Not at all! Milk and Motion is here to support mothers at every stage of life — whether you’re currently pregnant, breastfeeding, have grown children, or even grandchildren. Our goal is to help you feel strong, confident, and supported no matter where you are on your journey.
